(More customer reviews)Never had such a pourly designed remote.When you pay $500+ for an alarm system you would think the the product design and research would actually test the product.You can't put your keys in your pocket which can become a problem. I had my keys in my pocked for the first few weeks to only have many coworkers advise me that my truck was running in the parking lot.I would stay away from Viper products until they pull their heads out and fix this MAJOR issue.DO NOT BUY!
