(More customer reviews)I bought this product as a quick-connect for my subwoofer's amplifier. The plug has two terminals for the positive and negative connections. Once installed, the plugs have a firm connection that is doubtful to rattle loose, due to car vibrations. There are pre-drilled holes in each connector to allow them to be mounted to a surface (in my case, the side of the subwoofer box.) There are NO INSTRUCTIONS included with the connectors, which could have been slightly helpful. I called Moroso customer care, and confirmed that the terminals can be attached to the leads by crimping the connectors, no solder is needed. The terminal (which is now attached to wire) is then inserted into the back of the connector, the ENTIRE way to the front of the plug. A small lip on the terminal catches on the frontof a metal spring plate. It was easy to see once I figured it out, but some simple instructions could have remedied all this easily.
Overall, I'm very happy with this product. However, these plugs are NOT sealed, so if there is a chance of water or moisture coming into contact with the plug, I suggest
